Product Care
Please let us know of any requirements for fitting your plaque in advance. All our plaques should never be cleaned with paint stripping agents such as methylated spirits and mineral turpentine. When cleaning, we recommend using hot soapy water and a soft cloth.
Production time
Our cast bronze plaques have a turnaround time of 3-6 weeks from artwork approval. If you need it sooner, please enquire via email or over the phone and we will endeavour to assist you with your request.
Payment
Within one working week from purchase you will be issued with an invoice and a proof copy of your plaque. A 50% deposit on your plaque and approval of artwork is required before work commences.
